Thank you NetGalley and Inkubator Books for an early copy of The Perfect Family. This book was captivating from the very first page. The story had a lot of unexpected twists which made for a more exciting read. 

The main characters were flawed but compelling.  I wish there would have more backstory on why the characters behaved the way they did. The main character Victoria was very particular about maintaining the perfect image yet we don’t know why.  I want to know what happened in her past that made her want to project this image to the world. I do think that with more character development Victoria would be a stronger character.

I enjoyed reading this story and I’m looking forward to reading more books by Lorna Dounaeva.
