A closer look at flowers
I took macro (close up) photographs of flowers during my trip. It’s amazing how changing your perspective can really alter the feeling of a photograph and make it more interesting. I really enjoy taking photos of flowers because they look pretty and delicate but possess power and strength.

Amsterdam is a beautiful, alluring city. I fell in love with the charming canals, the old architecture and the people. On my last night, I watched the sun setting over a canal and took this photograph.

2014 Tulip Festival
The Tulip Festival in Noordoostpolder, Holland is breathtaking. You are surrounded by so much beauty that it’s surreal and feels like a fairytale. It’s incredible to see all of the different types of tulips. This was one of my favourite sites in Holland. If you’re visiting during Spring, I recommend stopping by.
